Close to local facilities, helpful staff and comfortable bed
the man in the room next door kept shouting out in his sleep so woke me up a few times during the night

I really enjoyed my stay at this secure hotel and would highly recommend it. The breakfast here was satisfying, with delicious bacon, avocado, and a fantastic full English breakfast with sausages.

The rooms could be considered pokey but where very well decorated, clean and comfortable, and close to the Concorde 2 where we had tickets for a gig. The breakfast (vegetarian full english) was substantial with lovely hot bread and butter. Would definitely book again
The only real problem was, being near a main road, traffic from very early in the morning, especially from residents who had parked near by but the noise was largely blocked out with the windows down. Unfortunately there was also a building site nearby where they started up a jackhammer at 07.40 in the morning! Hopefully they'll be finished when I return in June

Clean rooms, good location near the beach and some nearby attractions. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was smooth.
The breakfast service was slow and disorganized. They forgot some orders and the seating arrangement was inconvenient.

The location of this hotel was the best part really, just off the main high street in Kemptown and a stone's throw from Brighton Pier. It was very convenient for our purposes and made exploring the city easy. The prices were reasonable for what we got, and the basic amenities in the rooms were well-sized and initially seemed to suit our needs. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout our stay.
our stay at this hotel was okay and met our expectations.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was quiet and bright. It had good views of park opposite. The location was brilliant - just off North Laine and shopping centres, right on sea front and Close to the sea.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a short walk away from the seafront and the lively lanes area. It's close enough to all the noise if you want to be in the midst of it, but still quiet at night. The hotel itself is very clean and well presented, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The basic amenities were all in good working order, and I had no problems checking in or out. The room I stayed in had a cosy and warm atmosphere, and I appreciated the triple bed setup. The breakfast was nice, and at £9.95 per person, it provided a quick and convenient bite to start the day.
Everything was fine.

I greatly enjoyed its quiet and bright rooms.
It had great location with access to Sea Life Brighton Aquarium nearby. Pizza and crisps were served in the pizza bar.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location, close to the Pier, waterfront, and restaurant area, is ideal for exploring the city. The service provided by the staff is commendable and the basic amenities in the rooms, including a bath tub, are satisfactory. The breakfast, with the option of hot chocolate and toast, is a convenient and included treat.
The hotel could benefit from improving the water pressure for better shower experiences.
